4. Refund Policy

NezaSummit is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Mice, Headphones, or Controllers, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Items that have been damaged, modified, or show signs of excessive wear will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and will include the product price, excluding any original shipping charges. For defective or incorrect items, we will also refund the return shipping cost upon verification.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Digital products, software, and items that have been opened or used beyond basic inspection are not eligible for refund unless they are defective.
